You can talk about your generalized availability (Mon to Fri / 9-5) or whatever you have planned. You can change this later if you want. Below there will be more detail about each.
Within 7 days of your Rental, you can request a Delivery time. Visit THIS PAGE to pay for your Damage Deposit first. After doing your pre-authorization for the Damage Deposit, it will redirect you to a page. Here you will see all of our available Delivery times so choose a time that works for you! If you don’t see a time that works, let us know and we will see if we can accommodate you! We are typically open Monday to Friday, from 10 till 8. Some weeks are busier than others but those are the typical time slots.
After choosing your Delivery time, you will automatically be redirected to the page to book your Pickup time. You are welcome to skip this step for now and book it down the road if you don’t know your schedule yet! When you are ready, you can visit THIS PAGE and choose any date before the last day of your rental. St. Make sure to have the totes empty and the labels removed. Please leave them in their garage or on the porch for quick pickup!
